Instreamer for Digital Audio imput

I use a console with USB output, conected to a PC with WInamp.

I am looking to replace the PC for an equipment. Sort of Instreamer but the audio imput will be allready digital through a usb plug.

Do you have such equipment?

Imput: USB digital audio imput
Output: audio send to the Streeming Server through a eternet conexion to the interenet.
